Savannah is a passionate wellness practitioner with over 8 years of experience in massage therapy and a deep commitment to holistic healing. With 3 years of study in osteopathy, she integrates a comprehensive understanding of body mechanics and anatomy into her practice.
Savannah is skilled in a variety of modalities, including craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, cupping therapy, reiki, and emotional freedom technique, allowing her to tailor treatments to meet the unique needs of each client.
In 2018, Savannah completed her Yoga Teacher Training and has since become certified in Sound Healing, Breathwork & Meditation Teaching. This diverse background enables her to offer a multifaceted approach to wellness that encompasses both physical and emotional healing.
She adds to her offerings experience as a cacao ceremony facilitator, creating sacred spaces for participants to explore connection, intention, and self-discovery.
Her professional journey includes her recent role as the wellness coordinator and spa therapist at The Aerial BVI, renowned as the best luxury wellness resort in the British Virgin Islands.
In this role, Savannah created transformative wellness experiences, fostering an atmosphere of relaxation and rejuvenation for guests.
Savannah’s approach is centered on teaching others to be more gentle with themselves, inspiring greater presence and mindfulness in their daily lives. She aims to help quiet the mind, facilitating a more peaceful state of being that radiates outwards, positively impacting the greater community.
Beyond her wellness practice, Savannah is an avid traveler and sailor, drawing inspiration from her adventures around the world. With a deep love for music, she incorporates rhythm and sound into her offerings, enhancing the transformative experience for clients.
